TRANSPORTATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ!!

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%)
NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. ALL EMAILS, TEXT
MESSAGES AND PHONE CONVERSATIONS ARE RECORDED
AS PROOF OF RESERVATION MADE


A: BOOKING TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

1. ONLINE BOOKING – Clients that book a reservation
online MUST checkmark the box next to the words,
“I agree to the terms and conditions”, at the bottom
of our payment page before being able to submit and
pay for a reservation.

2. ONLINE BOOKING BY A TRAVEL AGENT – Travel Agents
booking a reservation online for their Clients are
REQUIRED to provide a printed copy of these terms
and conditions herein to their client(s).

3. BOOKING BY PHONE - ALL phone calls are recorded
as proof of the reservation made. Reservations made
by phone will be sent an email invoice that may be
paid by PayPal, Credit, or Debit card. All email
invoices MUST be paid within one hour of email time
stamp or the reservation will automatically cancel.
Clients MUST confirm their email address prior to
receiving an email invoice, complete instructions
will be sent to the clients and/or travel agents
email on how to confirm. Once an email address has
been confirmed we will send an email invoice to the
confirmed email address, ONLY.

 

B: PROOF AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PROVIDED

1. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY
PASSENGER. ALL vehicles are equipped with cameras
that WILL record proof of service. Client(s) agree
that we may share ALL photos, videos, and recorded
phone conversations with law enforcement, merchant
services, and clients credit card company as proof
of transportation service provided.


C: PASSENGER AND DRIVER DELAYS

1. We WILL wait for ALL delayed passengers within
reason, when available. ALL delayed passengers WILL
be charged a change of reservation date/time fee.
We are NOT responsible for DELAYS AND/OR SCHEDULE
TIME CHANGES BY ANY OTHER TRANSPORTATION SERVICE.
ADDITIONALLY, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR
WEATHER, ROAD CONDITIONS, ACCIDENTS, TRAINS, AND/OR
ANY ACTS OF GOD, ETC. – Clients that DO NOT agree
to pay a change of reservation fee will automatically
cancel their reservation and NO additional services
will be provided.

2. PASSENGER(S) THAT BECOME DELAYED FOR ONE (1) HOUR
OR MORE WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING FOR WAITING
TIME OR THE OPTION OF BOOKING A NEW RESERVATION,
IF AVAILABLE.

PASSENGERS THAT DO NOT PROVIDE US THE COURTESY OF
CALLING WHEN THEY BECOME DELAYED WILL AUTOMATICALLY
CANCEL THEIR ENTIRE RESERVATION. PASSENGER THAT DO
CALL US TO LET US KNOW THEY WILL BE DELAYED WILL
STILL BE CHARGED A CHANGE OF RESERVATION FEE, THE
MINIMUM CHANGE OF RESERVATION FEE IS $30.00. CLIENTS
WILL BE EMAILED AN INVOICE TO PAY, FAILURE TO PAY A
CHANGE OF RESERVATION FEE PRIOR TO ANY ADDITIONAL
PICKUP TIMES WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ANY
REMAINING RESERVATION PICKUPS.

3. WAITING TIME GRACE AT NO CHARGE for BOTH passengers
and drivers is twenty (20) minutes past reservation
pick up time.

4. If your driver is still waiting past twenty (20)
minutes, we WILL attempt to contact you. If we are
unable to contact you, dependent on how much time our
driver can wait before their next reservation, our
driver WILL wait up to one (1) hour and you WILL be
charged for waiting time. Our waiting time fee is
thirty dollars ($30.00) plus one-dollar ($1.00) per
minute past the first twenty (20) minutes.

5. Drivers that MUST leave prior to late arrival will
record all waiting time and we will attempt to contact
the client to arrange new transportation at an additional
charge. DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO PHOTOGRAPH AND/OR VIDEO
RECORD PROOF THEY WERE AT PASSENGERS PICK UP LOCATION
WAITING WITH DATE AND TIME STAMP ON ALL PHOTOGRAPHS
AND/OR VIDEO RECORDINGS PRIOR TO LEAVING.

6. ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CANCELED OR DELAYED should
ANY roadway become unsafe to travel due to snow, ice,
flash flood, and/or ANY OTHER ACT OF GOD. If it is
unsafe to travel, we WILL NOT travel.


D: CHANGES TO A RESERVATION

1. Client and/or ANY member of the clients’ party
that sends a text message, email, phone call,
including voicemail that they would like to change
the date and/or time of ANY part of their reservation,
if available, will be sent an invoice to the email
address on file that MUST be paid before ANY change
to a reservation can be confirmed and/or made.

2. Our change of reservation fee is thirty percent
(30%) of the TOTAL reservation amount or a minimum
of $40.00.

E: LUGGAGE POLICY

1. Each passenger may have ONE (1) LARGE suitcase/backpack
50lbs (23 kg), Maximum – Unless additional luggage
is paid for in advance.

2. Each passenger may have TWO (2) SMALL carry-on
lap bags, 16lbs (7.4kg), Maximum – Unless additional
luggage is paid for in advance.

3. IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE MORE LUGGAGE THAN LISTED ABOVE
YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE MADE BY RECORDED PHONE LINE.

4. Drivers WILL photograph and/or video record ALL
items transported if they feel the need to do so.
Drivers that determine, NOT the passenger(s), that
he/she CAN safely and securely transport ANY additional
luggage/items that WERE NOT DECLARED prior to making
the reservation, the driver is required to contact
their office and the passenger will be sent an invoice
to the email address on file for the additional luggage
fee. Our additional luggage fee is seventy-five dollars
and zero cents ($75.00) for the first item, and twenty-five
dollars and zero cents ($25.00) for each additional item
prior to transporting.

5. WE ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY. Odd shaped packages,
suitcases, backpacks, motorized/non-motorized
scooters/wheelchairs, bikes, boats, live/dead fish, farm
and/or domestic animals, live/dead plants, reptiles,
etc., that will NOT fit securely and/or safely in our
vehicle(s) as determined by OUR driver, NOT the
passenger(s), and/or weigh more than 50lbs (23 kg),
MAY BE refused for transport. This MAY cancel your
reservation and transportation service WILL NOT be
provided to the client and/or clients’ passengers.

6. PASSENGERS CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOADING/UNLOADING
ANY ITEMS DUE TO INSURANCE POLICY, PASSENGERS THAT
CHOOSE TO LOAD AND/OR UNLOAD THEIR OWN LUGGAGE DO
SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

7. We DO NOT transport any items outside of our vehicles,
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO OUR LUGGAGE POLICY


F: PASSENGER DAMAGE(S) TO OUR VEHICLES

1. Damage(s) caused to our vehicle(s) by the client
and/or clients’ guests WILL result in a DAMAGE CHARGE
FEE of the actual cost of all damage(s) in addition
to four hundred dollars and zero cents ($400.00)
per day that our vehicle is out for repairs.

2. Client and/or the clients’ guests that get sick,
for ANY reason in our vehicle(s) will be charged a
HAZMAT CLEAN UP FEE of two hundred dollars and zero
cents ($200.00)


G: PICK UP AND TEN MILE RULE - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

1. Reservations that require our driver to pick up
and/or drop off more than ten (10) miles outside of
Williams, AZ and/or outside of Flagstaff, Arizona,
MUST BE BOOKED BY RECORDED PHONE LINE. We DO pick up
and/or drop off more than ten (10) miles from both
cities, but there is an additional charge for this
service. Reservation made online without calling us,
with a pickup and/or dropoff of MORE THAN 10 miles
from Williams and/or Flagstaff, Arizona will
automatically cancel said reservation and the client
WILL be called to book at the correct price.


H: CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS (calling your credit card to dispute a charge)

1. If the client named on this reservation contacts
their credit card company to dispute/chargeback ANY
of our fees related to non-refundable reservations,
cancellations, late pickup, gratuity, delay, damage,
hazmat clean-up, change of reservation and/or our ten
(10) mile rule fee. We will report the dispute/chargeback
as fraud to the credit card company. Additionally, we
will file a police report with the Williams Police
Department, Williams, Arizona, for theft of services.
We will also file legal action based on this police
report with our Municipal Court House should such action
become necessary.

2. ALL Passengers agree in advance that we may give a
copy of these terms and conditions, all recorded phone
conversations, emails, text messages, signed documents,
and/or photos/videos recorded by us to clients’ credit
card company as proof of legal agreement.

3. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS are a legal binding
contract and by booking a reservation with us you
agree to ALL HEREIN. We provide more than one
opportunity to every client to read and accept our
terms and conditions prior to booking and paying for
their reservation. We have NO FINE PRINT, we are
upfront about everything that is necessary to provide
our service for over 20 years. If for ANY REASON you
DO NOT agree to ALL of our terms and conditions,
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US.

Should legal action become necessary to enforce ANY
and/or ALL of our terms and conditions, the client
named on the reservation WILL be responsible for 100%
of ALL court and attorney costs. The financial
institution that issued the credit card used to pay
for the reservation and agreed to chargeback ANY or
ALL parts of your non-refundable reservation will
also be named in ALL court proceedings. Judgments
found in our favor will be charged at an annual
percentage rate of twenty percent (20%).
